Welcome to Samosorn our little slice of the traditional Thai food hall. Have you ever visited a local food hall in Thailand or South East Asia? If you have then you will recognise all the typical trademarks, there’s Aunty making noodles soups in one stall, in another there is a Pawkhrua- mister chef man on the stir fry made-to-order stall and in another they’ll be a young apprentice taking orders from the boss lady to assemble up some one-plate rice dishes. This is a colourful depiction of what food halls around South east Asia resemble and Samosorn brings this Thai local experience to Sydney. We are a diverse people with a diverse cuisine, we hope to reflect this culture in one little food hall.
